Sonal Sheth Zawahri


Sonal Sheth Zawahri holds a B.S. degree from Miami University, and a M.S. degree from Ohio State University.

Sonal started her career teaching high school and college for over 15 years. She has proudly transitioned and reinvented her career 4 times in the last 25 years to include health coaching, consulting and educational sales. Her greatest passion is to inspire business leaders to identify their purpose and guide them toward the achievement of meaningful success and contribution to others. She has an amazing and supportive husband and first-generation ‘MIRACLE’ daughter, Nadia Asha, that she had in her mid-40’s against all odds and doctors’ projections.

As the President and Founder of Tru You, it is Sonal Sheth Zawahri’s passion to inspire others to find their true selves, and assist them in bringing that to fruition. Sonal works locally, regionally, and nationally as a speaker, consultant and lifestyle coach.

Sonal works with groups and individuals on professional development, communication and leadership, Emotional Intelligence, confidence building, behavior and image. She coaches clients on showing up in their authentic self, stepping into their power, and tapping into their intuition, using it to shine from the inside out.

Sonal has presented to and worked with Fortune 500 companies and organizations such as Eli Lilly, KarAuction, Ivy Tech CC Women in Tech program, Big Brother Big Sister of Central Indiana, LuLuLemon, Audacity, Nimblejack, Rocketbuild, PMI, BDPA, Northwestern Medicine, and others on ‘Soft’ Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Leadership Skills and other industry leading topics necessary for the development and sustainability of an effective, efficient and productive organization. She also coaches and mentors’ women in developing their sense of self.

She has delivered Keynote speeches at conferences for such organizations as the Ohio Valley Oracle Users Group and several more coming up in 2019. She delivers messages to diverse audiences, presenting live and virtually.

She is a Member of Women and Hi Tech, Network of Women Business Owners, Black Data Processing Association, Indy Chamber of Commerce, Project Management Institute of Central Indiana and serves on many committees. She was recently awarded, Volunteer of the Year award through Women & Hi Tech. She is excited to be a mentor for Mentors of Color and Pass the Torch for Women. She is passionate about growing S.T.E.A.M. in our community of girls and women and will be committing to developing this in her daughter as well!

She holds certifications for:
