The Why Conversation is designed to help people take the general concept of Why and the Golden Circle and consider it in their own context. Through a series of facilitated conversations, Heath leads participants to work in small groups to begin a conversation of discovery around their organization's Why. Who are we when we are at our best? What contribution and impact do we make to the lives of people? These simple questions help people reconnect What they do with Why they do it and find renewed energy and inspiration in the work they do. Best of all, the facilitated exercise is so simple that they can each take it back to their teams or business units and facilitate it themselves to help the conversation continue.
